Project Oppai take content violations seriously and provide mechanisms for users to report and flag inappropriate material. This Content Removal Policy outlines the process for handling flagged content, as well as our procedure for copyright takedown notices.
1. Flagging Inappropriate Content
Users are encouraged to report any content they believe is inappropriate, illegal, or violates our Terms of Service. This includes but is not limited to:
- Illegal or unlawful content
- Harassing or harmful material
- Obscene or offensive content
- Content promoting hate or discrimination
- Misinformation that may harm public health or safety
When content is flagged for any of the above reasons, Project Oppai will review the flagged material without delay. If the content is found to be in violation of our policies or applicable laws, it will be removed from the Site immediately.

2. Review Process
Upon receiving a flag for inappropriate content, Project Oppai’s administration team will:
- Review the flagged content and assess its compliance with our Terms of Service and this policy.
- Remove content that is determined to be in violation, and document the action taken.
- Notify the user who flagged the content of the outcome, if requested.
3. Copyright / DMCA Takedown Notices
Project Oppai respects intellectual property rights. The purpose of this blog is purely informational, and not meant to promote copyright infringement.
If you believe that content on our Site infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a content takedown notice to request the removal of the infringing material.
A valid takedown notice must include:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed.
- The specific URL or location of the infringing content on our Site.
- Your contact information, including your full name and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Your electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid takedown notice, Project Oppai will promptly:
- Remove or disable access to the infringing content.
- Notify the user who posted the content of the removal, if applicable.
