Scene 1 – Blowjob + Titty Fuck (1 TF Cum)

Scene 1 starts with Kokoro and Hono attending to a patient with over 20 minutes of nothing but blowjob and titty fucking. Which culminates in a great cumshot between Hono’s tits.

A near-perfect opener with lots of topless paizuri and even some double titty fucking. The cumshot was not the most voluminous load you’ll ever see, but it’s the way it shoots out in multiple spurts that really does it. And what made it even better was Kokoro-chan keeping her full attention locked on the guy even as she’s getting splattered. That little detail alone enhanced the eroticism and intimacy of the whole scene for me.

Scene 2 – Blowjob + Titty Fuck (1 TF Cum)

Scene 2 sees Yura and Wakaba doing their treatment. Similar structure to the first scene with the two of them topless and taking turns putting those tits to good use, with a little cunnilingus action in between. Until the guy cums between Wakaba’s breasts.

I’ll be honest that I don’t have a lot of history with either of these two, which definitely hurt my enjoyment of it a little. The technique was decent enough and at least they stayed topless throughout, and the cumshot also had a couple good spurts though it wasn’t as thick as the previous one. Definitely worth a skim through for the sheer amount of paizuri action, but probably the weakest entry in the movie for me.

Scene 3 – Titty Fuck + Sex (1 TF Cum)

Scene 3 sees Ena assigned to a patient solo. She starts things off with slow, deliberate titty fucking, but the guy still blows his load in under 3 minutes (I sure as hell wouldn’t last half as long XD). But the kind nurse isn’t done yet — some breastfeeding handjob and paizuri follow to get him hard again, and this time he manages to hold out longer, earning himself a quick session of intercourse sex before finishing between her tits a second time.

If there’s one person on this cast deserving of that one-on-one treatment, I’m glad it’s Ena-chan as she is my favourite of the cast. And they gave her a multi-cumshot scene too which is right up my alley. Both finishes each had one thick rope of cum shooting out, so while they didn’t quite reach the multi-pump heights of Scene 1, they were still more than serviceable.

Scene 4 – POV Titty Fuck + Sex (1 TF Cum)

For the last scene, all five nurses join forces for a mostly POV harem finale. They take turns sucking and titty fucking us before we move on to creampie sex with Kokoro and Hono, and finally — of course — Ena gets the honour of the last titfuck cumshot to close the movie out.

The POV perspective is my favourite and it works perfectly here. Some double titty fucking is thrown in the mix too which was a nice bonus. The casting of roles felt spot on as well — Kokoro-chan and Hono-chan are the more recognizable names besides Ena-chan, so having them take the creampies while Ena claims the titfuck cumshot was about as well-storyboarded as I could have asked for. As for the money shot itself, you could still make out one visible spurt, and given the context that we had already come twice by this point, I think it’s fair to cut it some slack.

Summary

DHLD-016 is carried almost entirely by the paizuri action itself — production value is honestly average, and there’s nothing particularly fancy going on behind the camera. But they made up for it with probably some of the longest paizuri segments in 2025, AND consistently above-average finishes.

Scenes 1 and 3 are the recommended ones, each with their own merit. 1 for the great cumshot and 3 which had objectively Ena-chan’s best titfuck cumshots in 2025. She is my favourite here by a clear margin and she did not disappoint. And hopefully we get to see her in more paizuri specials in 2026 — solo or otherwise.
