Scene 1 – Titty Fuck + Sex (1 TF Cum)

Scene 1 actually had 2 halves, starting with what I can only suppose is meant to be a dream sequence. Noa helps the guy pee into a bottle, and then cleans his dick and starts giving him a blowjob and titty fuck. But before she could finish him off, the scene just abruptly cuts to night time where he wakes up in pain and calls her to repeat the same action again, but this time getting to cum between her tits. After that she fucks him in cowgirl for a second cumshot, this time inside her.

What a waste of a perfectly fine scene at the start when we could have gotten a 4^th titfuck cumshot, like I will ever get enough of Noa-chan XD Thankfully the second half also gave us over 3 minutes of titty fucking with her breasts mostly exposed. Noa-chan was great as always with her cute voice and toothy grin, and even getting fully naked and shined up for the sex part. The money shot was quite good but probably looked a little too fake, though I can overlook it over my infatuation with Noa-chan.

Scene 2 – Handjob + Titty Fuck (1 TF Cum)

Scene 2 is an outercourse scene with a very lengthy handjob segment in a couple positions including where she “breastfeeds” him. She then finishes him off with a titty fuck. The paizuri was about 4 minutes long with Noa-chan being topless. And the cumshot had a lot of semen (fake) but it didn’t have as much as “force” as the previous one.

Scene 3 – Titty Fuck + Sex (1 TF Cum)

The last scene starts with some facesitting and blowjob before she titty fucks him to completion. And then fucks him some more for a jerkoff cumshot on her tits and 2 creampies. This was my least favourite scene of the 3 despite the multiple cumshots, as Noa-chan had the most clothes on, and I particularly didn’t like the surgical gloves which gave it a very sanitized feel. The titfuck cumshot here was also much weaker, where you could hear the cum pack rupturing, but there’s barely any “semen” there.

Summary

It’s been a while since we got a paizuri-focused movie from Noa-chan, the last one being MIAB-561 in October 2025. Sadly this one comes with a lot of caveats. The over-emphasis on the comedic storyline and goofy male character, sometimes at the expense of the action. And the rampant fake but still weak money shots.

Noa-chan was the only silver lining in this as she delivered yet another good performance especially with all the POV fantasy. So fans of hers like myself can still easily get a jerk or two from Scene 1 and 2. And hopefully she gets to continue her strong momentum from last year.
