Scene 1 – Titty Fuck Scene (2 TF Cum)

The first scene sees the male student character being brought to the school infirmary for a leg sprain. There he gets introduced to Riho-sensei and her “unconventional” healing methods. We get some nipple teasing and blowjob before she gets to work with her breasts and titty fucks him to completion twice.

What a great way to start the movie. 5 minutes of pure paizuri in a pseudo POV perspective ending with 2 back-to-back titfuck cumshots. And both of them had a decent spurt flying out from the dick. Riho-chan looked amazing here with her chest pre-oiled and mostly exposed except for the thin bikini string. Grade S fap material and the best part is this was only the tip of the iceberg.

Scene 2 – Titty Fuck + Sex (4 TF Cum)

Scene 2 takes place in the classroom where Riho-sensei does a follow-up check with the student, which is actually just an excuse to fuck him. Absolute banger of a scene. All 4 titfuck cumshots were done in POV which perfectly suits my taste, and Riho-chan again looks amazing here. The first money shot was somewhat botched where you could hear the cum packet pop but there weren’t any liquid coming out. Thankfully they made up for it with 2 more back-to-back cumshots with one explosive one that thoroughly splattered the side of her face.

Scene 3 – Titty Fuck Scene (2 TF Cum)

In Scene 3 the guy’s leg is acting up again, and he visits the infirmary. Where Riho-sensei administers her usual treatment of titty fucking for 2 back-to-back cumshots. Scene 4 – POV Titty Fuck + Sex (2 TF Cum)

And follows that up by riding us for one more creampie. My favourite scene and I wished it could have been longer. Both titfuck cumshots weren’t as explosive as some of the previous ones, but still had a decent spurt jumping out from between her breasts.

Scene 5 – Titty Fuck (1 TF Cum)

Scene 5 has Riho-sensei giving another kneeling paizuri this time in the toilet. The first cumshot was a jerkoff from the guy, but the second one was between her tits with a nice rope that shot straight up and landed on her bra. For me this was the weakest one of the movie, but still some very nice warm-up material to prep for the rest of the goodness we have here.

Scene 6 – Titty Fuck + Sex (2 TF Cum)

The final scene has the student running off in the middle of an exam because he’s too horny for Riho-sensei’s tits. She rewards his honesty by giving him the usual 2 titty fucks to completion. After that we got a more conventional sex scene with a variety of positions ending with 2 creampies.

Another great performance from Riho-chan in a sexy string bikini again. The paizuri was in the same angle as Scene 1, and the 2^nd cumshot had a good spurt that flew out from her cleavage. A bit of a shame that they didn’t do one more to end the movie, since Riho-chan was already squeezing him clean with her tits after the creampie.

Summary

For me this was right up there alongside MIAB-497 as one of my favourite movies of the year. 5 out of the 6 scenes are super fappable and I’ve lost count the number of times I nutted when trying to write this review. The cumshots here were a little weaker comparatively, which is a crazy thing to say if you’ve looked at the screenshots above.

But this was largely made up by my massive infatuation for Riho-chan who is currently my 2^nd favourite big tits actress behind Haruna Noa. She is simply a joy to watch, and these sorts of bubbly/naughty roles bring out the best in her. To end this review I’ll use the phrase that they’ve been uttering a lot almost like a movie tagline:

“Hoken-shitsu no Riho-Sensei!!” (保健室の里帆先生！！)
