Scene 1 – MMF Blowjob + Titty Fuck (6 TF Cum)

Scene 1 is a pure outercourse scene where Mayu takes turns to service 6 patients. The action consists of mostly nipple teasing/licking, blowjobs and her finishing off each of them with a titty fuck.

This was my favourite scene of the movie by far as each segment were more or less self-contained with Mayu-chan already cleaned up from the previous segments. One thing I didn’t like was how they showed the other guys who haven’t had their turns still lurking away in the background, which definitely took away my immersion somewhat. Thankfully there were a couple segments that were in POV which were more to my tastes, and by the 3^rd to 6^th segments it felt much more intimate.

Titty fucking wise it was quite good with Mayu-chan being topless and fully wrapping her tits around the penis most of the time. Sadly most of the cumshots were on the weaker side and hidden inside her cleavage, but luckily the 6^th one was quite visible with a few good spurts of cum. Quite fitting to end the scene and our jerking session. I also liked that they cleaned up the semen from her tits between each segment to make it more personal feeling.

Scene 2 – Titty Fuck + Sex (1 TF Cum)

Scene 2 is a direct continuation of the previous scene as it takes place in the same room, but this lucky patient gets the full-course treatment from Mayu. It starts off with some breast worshipping and nipple teasing, then into blowjob and titty fucking with some intercourse sex in between.

The paizuri from both segments combined was only slightly over 2 minutes, but it looked quite good with the penis firmly sitting between her tits especially the 2^nd half which was in POV angle. The cumshot was again not the best, but you could somewhat see one small spurt peeking above her cleavage.

Scene 3 – Handjob + Titty Fuck (1 TF Cum)

Scene 3 is a short 1-on-1 outercourse scene with some nipple teasing, breastfeeding handjob, blowjob and titty fuck to completion. Another short 2 minute paizuri segment, and the cumshot was again weak but still visible.

Scene 4 – MMF Sex + Titty Fuck (2 TF Cum)

Scene 4 continues directly after Scene 3 where 3 other patients saw Mayu servicing the guy, so they also jumped in on the action. They queue up for some titty fucking in turns, then it devolves into gangbang action which I’m not a fan of. At the end 2 guys finish between her tits, but both were the intercourse pullout into straddling type. The first cumshot was super weak, but the second one was good where he managed to pump her tits for 10+ seconds before shooting a nice big load.

Scene 5 – MMF Titty Fuck (10 TF Cum)

The last scene has Mayu taking on 10 guys in a gangbang scene. It starts with the men queueing up for some titty fucking, and ends with all of them straddling her tits and cumming between them.

The intercourse part was mostly only one main actor getting to fuck her while the others stood around keeping themselves hard, which I personally don’t really appreciate. Most of the titfuck cumshots here were actually pretty good especially the last one, but the idea of a “semen cocktail” on Mayu-chan doesn’t really look that appealing to me. It was also very strange that most of the guys finish by jerking their dick and then quickly cumming between her cleavage, as if there wasn’t a perfectly fuckable pair of tits right there.

Summary

All things considered, this was a great titty fuck movie and definitely Mayu-chan’s best one so far. Though it was a real shame that the money shots in the first half were all quite weak, as those are the scenes that I prefer more. But there is still a lot of goon fuel here that will last us maniacs a few good weeks.

Mayu-chan has grown on me a lot this year, and S1 really hadn’t been doing her justice for the past few months. So it’s great to finally see her move away and shine in last month’s release and now this one. Hopefully she can keep momentum going into 2026 with perhaps her first creampie or even some collab movies.
