Scene 1 – Premature Ejaculation Treatment (1 TF Cum)

In the first scene, Karen is helping us with our premature ejaculation problem (I’m in this photo and I don’t like it). In the third scene, Karen is in a consultation with us who is suffering from あがり症or social phobia (fear of being around people). Certainly not something I had seen often.

Scene 4 – Operating Room Sex

Scene 4 sees us in the operating room for male infertility with Karen in scrubs. She needs to collect some semen samples for analysis and wants to do it the traditional way. Summary

In summary, I think the movie had a good premise but to me it lost steam and got a little repetitive towards the second half. While I’m a huge fan of POV immersion, having that be your whole movie while trying to adhere to a very specific theme is perhaps too much to ask. They could have tried to spice things up by bringing in a nurse to join the action or something. Funnily enough my key takeaway from this is probably the couple new Japanese medical terms I’ve picked up while researching to write this post.

That said, I still very much welcomed a movie with Yuzuriha Karen back in a more controlling role. Her recent string of releases for the past 3-4 months had been underwhelming for me personally, so hopefully she keeps this up going into 2025.
