Scene 1 – Titty Fuck Scene (1 TF Cum)

Miyu comforts a patient who suffered a traffic accident and got dumped by his girlfriend at the hospital. She lets him snack on her bosom while stroking his penis, then gives him a titty fuck to completion.

A short but intimate scene to set the tone for the movie. Miyu-chan was fine and her breasts were mostly visible, which I appreciated. Sadly the guy had trouble staying hard for the paizuri, so there was a noticeable camera cut and she spent most of the latter half giving him a nipple-fondling handjob before awkwardly bringing him into her cleavage for the finish. The cumshot was a little weak but at least still visible.

Scene 2 – Titty Fuck + Sex

Scene 2 also takes place on the hospital bed with 3 titty fucking segments in between intercourse sex, ending with a jerkoff on her tits. Decent action with Miyu-chan removing her bra for the later 2 paizuris, and even edging him on the last one. Sadly she kept her clothes on for the whole scene which lowered the eroticism for me.

Scene 3 seesMiyu applying ointment on the guy’s legs after a physical exam, but her touch was enough to get him excited and erect. She relieves his tension then and there with a titty fuck to completion.

Great action here. First a clothed paizuri using her bra, then later with it off. She even used the medicine as lube to shine up her tits which was a nice touch. This might be a turnoff for some, but I find the veins on her chest and breasts very erotic.

For the titty fucking itself, it lasted almost 6 minutes which is rare for S1 and the cumshot had a nice small spurt jumping out. Nowhere close to great, but personally this was my favourite. Miyu-chan has had a couple good finishes but they were all in the “straddling” position, while this one was my preferred position where she was in control.

Scene 4 – POV Titty Fuck (1 TF Cum)

Scene 4 takes place at the hospital lounge at night. The action was in full POV with Miyu giving a nipple teasing handjob, blowjob and titty fuck to completion.

She didn’t fully take off her bra for this one, but at least she changed it up into a red swimsuit type bikini which added some variety. The paizuri lasted about 4 minutes and the cumshot had a bit of force that it flew offscreen, but the volume was low so it can be hard to spot. Still if you combine it with the POV fantasy, this is tied with the previous scene as my favourite titty fuck scene from Miyu-chan.

Scene 5 – Titty Fuck + Sex

For the last scene, the patient has one last “pampering” session the night before his discharge. We had 3 titty fuck segments in different positions, then intercourse ending with a facial cumshot. Nothing too remarkable here, but the paizuri had her breasts fully exposed so it’s still usable for “warm up” at least.

Summary

It was a long and arduous journey, but I finally found the movie from Miyu-chan that I can confidently say is my favourite and will often “revisit”. While I didn’t like that she never got fully naked for this movie, it gave us 2 of my absolute favourite paizuri scenes from her, and each with their different strengths. Definitely not the best when it comes to cumshot quality, but hey us maniacs will take whatever jerks we can get XD. Highly recommended for fans of hers, and hopefully we get more of this in the future.
