Scene 1 – Handjob + Blowjob + Titty Fuck (1 TF Cum)

The first scene has Mei helping a meek-mannered male patient with a handjob, blowjob then titty fuck each getting a cumshot out of him. A pretty forgettable scene with a less than ideal camera angle that made it almost like a voyeur scene, but at least the money shot at least had a visible spurt at the start.

Scene 2 – Oiled Handjob + Titty Fuck + Sex (1 TF Cum)

 Without question the highlight of the movie, and probably the best paizuri finish in Mei-chan’s “catalogue” so far. The oiled tits and naked chest of hers are already checking the boxes for me, and it’s nice that the cum countdown actually paid off with a huge spurt that went flying to her face.

Scene 4 – Sex Scene (1 TF Cum)

The final scene has Mei trying to reason with an aggressive sex offender that’s allegedly has an abnormal testosterone level. The first half of the scene has some rap*y vibes so I skipped through most of it, though there is a titfuck cumshot in there but it was not actually shown on camera. The second half was a bit more tolerable as the guy mellowed out after cumming a bunch, and by the end the doctor’s report found out that his values are actually normal and he just needed some pussy in his life.

Summary

Overall a middle-of-the-road movie for me. Scene 2 is usable fap material especially for fans of Itsukaichi Mei, but the rest will mostly be a one-and-done deal. Personally I would have preferred if they had done a plotless movie with a more slutty portrayal instead, but I can at least appreciate WANZ going for something different rather than recycling Mei-chan through the same few movie concepts.
