Scene 1 – Dildo Play

The movie starts off with a short solo scene of Noa titty fucking a dildo. Not really my cup of tea, but it still looked quite jerkable with her being topless.

Scene 2 – Titty Fuck Scene (3 TF Cum)

Scene 2 is a pure outercourse scene with Noa taking turns to titty fuck 3 guys to completion, with some other foreplays too like blowjob and nipple teasing. She looked great topless throughout, and the latter 2 had a more POV-centric camera angle which I liked.

Sadly they did that obnoxious thing where they had the other guys sitting in the background visibly trying to fluff their dick up, which was a huge distraction and took away from the intimacy factor for me. And sadly this will be recurring grievance going forward for all the next scenes. The actual paizuri was also somewhat underwhelming where each guy were only between her tits for less than a minute, and all 3 cumshots here were quite weak.

The first paizuri was about 3 minutes but the cumshot was weak, the second one was much better with a nice spurt jumping out, though the pinching was shorter. The esthetician setup was fine but personally I would have rather seen Noa-chan topless instead, but at least her breasts were still fully visible.

The only 1-on-1 scene of the movie, with Noa roleplaying as a nurse giving an “examination” on a horny patient. This was also the only scene any intercourse sex, though it did end with a short titty fuck to completion. Sadly the cumshot here was again quite weak.

Scene 5 – Hotel Titty Fuck (2 TF Cum)

The unbuttoned uniform was a nice look, though again I wished she would have been topless. The money shots were also on the weaker side.

For the finale we got another pure outercourse scene as Noa takes turns pleasuring 3 guys and eventually titty fucking all of them to completion. The 2nd segment was great as it was in POV angle.

The first two money shots were again rather weak, but the last one was amazing with 3-4 intense spurts of cum flattering her face. Great way to close out the movie, and even though the straddling position wasn’t my favourite, at least they also had the finish shot in POV perspective.

Summary

DING DING DING 🔔! We have a winner for the 2026 “Summer Oppai Festival”, and it’s not even close. 11 titfuck cumshots, and only 1 sex scene. That’s how you properly do a paizuri special. It’s nice to see that OPPAI can still pull it off when it counts, AND it’s Noa-chan who is my top non-S1 actress last year. It’s like all my prayers are being answered, just a year later 🤣.

Now for the not-so-good stuff. This one looks very much like the work of famed “paizuri specialist” director Goemon-san, even though he was not credited for it. And that comes with his usual habits like the “guys lurking in background” setups and the insistence on only real cumshots, which is my next biggest gripe with the movie.

Personally the “finish” is what I value the most when it comes to enjoying a “pinching” scene, and while I can certainly appreciate him standing his ground in this day and age, unfortunately the guys simply aren’t carrying their weight. So many scenes that could have been great ended just being above average because of all the weak ass cumshots, and poor Noa-chan did her best opening her cleavage for the finishes but most of them were just pathetic dribbles.

I’m not sure if it’s because this generation of male actors are overworked to the boner (heh), but it’s really night and day when you compare it to some of the classics like Hitomi’s legendary MIDD-861. Thankfully it wasn’t all a waste though as that very last finish was probably the best natural one I had seen from Noa-chan.

All in all, this reminded me a lot of Gojo Ren’s MIDA-511, and I had pretty much the same feelings then as I do now. Was this everything that I wanted? Not really. Did I still jerk myself raw over this? Hell fucking yes 😁.

It’s been almost a year since we last had a paizuri special from Noa-chan in MIAB-561, and that one probably beats this just a little bit. But I’m never gonna say no to more titty fucking goodness from her, so hopefully this won’t be the last one we get this year.
