Scene 1 – Titty Fuck Scene (2 TF Cum)

The movie starts with Momoka admitting a new patient into his ward, and he’s understandably quite nervous about his stay. So she helps him calm down the best way she knows how – using her huge tits. This scene is all about the breasts as she lets him suck on them, and then uses them to titty fuck him to completion twice.

Fantastic way to kick off the movie with almost 10 minutes of solid titty fucking. Momoka-chan’s paizuri technique was immediately on point as she wrapped his penis completely around her boobs before squeezing them together with both fists. Visually it wasn’t quite ideal with her remaining mostly clothed, although at least her breasts stayed fully exposed. I noticed she suddenly had several bruises around her upper chest during the second half, making it feel like the scene had been filmed at different times. Both money shots were also fairly weak, though the second at least gave us a barely visible spurt.

Scene 2 – Titty Fuck + Sex (2 TF Cum)

Scene 2 takes place at night where Momoka answers the call from a different patient who has trouble sleeping, and so she brings out men’s best remedy for sleep – a motherly bosom. Some breastfeeding handjob and tits fondling later, she gives him a titty fuck to completion. Then strips down and fucks him in intercourse until he unloads a second time between her boobs.

Much better visual from the last scene with Momoka-chan getting fully naked in the second half. The first paizuri finish was once again extremely weak, but thankfully the second produced a couple of tiny visible spurts. I’m usually not the biggest fan of missionary pullout endings, but I appreciated that the guy managed to straddle and fuck her tits properly for 20-30 seconds before ejaculating.

Scene 3 – Titty Fuck Scene (2 TF Cum)

Scene 3 sees Momoka prepping a patient in the examination room for the doctor, and he is anxious about that so out comes the titties to the rescue again. Some breast-to-face teasing quickly transitions into another lengthy paizuri session that ends with two more titty fuck cumshots.

This felt very similar to Scene 1, right down to Momoka-chan remaining mostly clothed and the paizuri lasting another ten minutes or so. Thankfully the finishes were considerably better this time around. The first wasn’t anything spectacular, but you could still catch a spurt escaping from her cleavage.

The second finish, however, was easily one of the highlights of the entire movie with five to seven visible spurts flying out. Personally I would have preferred if the camera had zoomed out a little so we could enjoy Momoka-chan’s facial expressions alongside the money shot, but it’s still incredibly jerkable regardless.

Scene 4 – POV Titty Fuck (2 TF Cum)

Scene 4 switches things into full POV with Momoka wearing a braless shirt alongside an adorable twin buns hairstyle. This one wastes no time with story as she immediately starts with a quick handjob before titty fucking us to completion twice.

This was probably my favourite presentation in the movie. We got around eight minutes of uninterrupted paizuri action, with Momoka-chan even mixing in some hands-free holds that made the technique feel more varied. The first finish was fairly weak once again, but the second gave us a satisfying spurt jumping nicely out from her cleavage. My only complaint was her still being clothed, though the immersive POV fantasy made up for much of that. Her hairstyle also boosted her attractiveness by quite a bit for me, something I mentioned in my previous review of her.

Scene 5 – Titty Fuck + Sex (2 TF Cum)

The final scene has Momoka dealing with a patient who has lost the will to live after being cooped up too long in the hospital. But a faceful of her huge breasts is apparently all it takes to convince him that life is worth living. Some breastfeeding play and breast sucking lead into another paizuri segment before intercourse, with both climaxes once again happening through titty fucking.

I liked how this scene raised the stakes a little with the patient crisis while still embracing the movie’s silly premise that everything can be solved with oppai. Across all its different segments, we once again get close to ten minutes of paizuri, bringing the grand total for the movie to a staggering forty to fifty minutes.

The first finish was on the weaker side yet again, almost like clockwork, but the second completely redeemed it with a long rope shooting cleanly out from between her breasts. Even though I’m not really a fan of this older male actor, I can’t deny he knows how to produce a good load when it matters.

Summary

We’ve certainly saved the best for last in this little “Kagura Momoka Appreciation Corner”. Over 40 minutes of dedicated paizuri action from an S1 release is practically unheard of these days.

Yes the clothed aspect was a bit of a downer for me and 7 out of the 10 money shots weren’t great, but that’s still 3 incredibly fappable titfuck cumshots out of 10, and the multi-cumshot fantasy is also super erotic for me as regular readers will know by now. So that’s more than enough for me to give this the “Recommended” stamp of approval.

With Momoka-chan now gone for good, I honestly think this stands as the very best release of her career, and it’s one I’ll be revisiting for a very long time. If you enjoyed this “double paizuri cumshot nurse” concept, I highly recommend Minami Haru’s SONE-865, as both movies share the same structure.

It’s been over a year since that release, and I’m crossing my fingers S1 hasn’t abandoned this series entirely. Kimura Ako feels like the obvious successor should another installment ever happen, though I’d also love to see younger faces like Tano Yu or Seto Kanna get the opportunity. Lord knows all these girls deserve it after the year they’ve had.
