Scene 1 – Titty Fuck + Sex (4 TF Cum)

Scene 1 starts with Komomo checking in on the guy during his first night in the hospital. She tries to help him sleep with a massage while suggestively exposing her breasts and ass for him to see. Before long he’s already getting an erection, and as planned she helps him to “relax” it.

After some nipple teasing and blowjob, she uses a combination of titty fucking and nipple fondling handjob to get him off 4 times. But it’s still not over as she then fucks him which ends with a 5th cumshot between her tits.

Yea, regular readers could probably already tell that this is a Nikuson movie. Who else would bless us with almost 12 minutes of foreplay and 3 paizuri finishes before the actual sex even begins? Everything was very well done, with Komomo-chan being topless and her timid dirty talking, the excellent technique as she alternated between different paizuri and handjob holds.

All 3 money shots were great with large loads blasting everywhere. All fake of course, but when they look this good I honestly don’t care. The final finish after intercourse was the only slight blemish, though after everything that came before it I really can’t complain.

Scene 2 – Handjob + Blowjob + Titty Fuck (1 TF Cum)

Scene 2 takes place the following night in an empty hospital waiting area. Komomo starts with a long stroking handjob to get him off, then a blowjob until he jerks off on her chest, and finally wraps it up (literally) with a titty fuck to completion.

A decent outercourse scene on its own, but it inevitably suffers from coming immediately after the high of the previous scene. Komomo-chan was still mostly clothed here and the actual titty fucking only lasted a little over two minutes. Thankfully the finish itself still had a strong visible load, making it more than serviceable for paizuri lovers.

Scene 3 – POV Titty Fuck + Sex (3 TF Cum)

Scene 3 sees the stakes getting raised after the guy is moved into a private room with his wife sleeping right beside him. Completely unfazed by the risk, Komomo slips under the sheets and gets to work as usual. Another amazing outercourse segment at almost 10 minutes long, with Komomo-chan again topless. The “under-the-sheets” setup was a clever way to create a POV angle which I always enjoy. The “cumshots” were quite not as explosive as the ones in Scene 1, but still had enough force to be jumping out from her cleavage. i.e., more than jerkable 😁.

Scene 4 – Oiled Titty Fuck + Sex (2 TF Cum)

For the last scene, Komomo has one final romp with the guy before he’s being discharged from the hospital. She starts with a blowjob and titty fuck combo until he jerks off on her breasts. Then we get the customary Nikuson-style “oil overload” segment where she gets doused in oil and a dildo rubbing all over her breasts for 4 “cumshots”, one being between her tits. Finally there’s the oiled intercourse sex until he cums again between her tits.

We all knew this segment was coming sooner or later, and as I always mentioned this is very much an acquired taste. Personally I have grown quite fond of it, or maybe I’m just that desperate to bury my face (and dick) into a nice pair of titties 😅.

Technique-wise there wasn’t much actual titty fucking going on outside of the pre-oil segment, though the 1st titfuck cumshot did have a pretty good load that shot up to the side of her face. The 2nd one was again underwhelming as it was another “last-minute pullout to pop cum pack between tits”.

Summary

As is the case with most Nikuson movies, you’ll either love it or hate it. Personally I belong firmly in the first camp. Finally someone other than Goemon-san who caters to us paizuri maniacs, and I’ve greatly enjoyed his style with the tight camera angles, long outercourse segments and multiple cumshots which are basically all my top fetishes. They’re even bold enough to make their marks with some signature scenes, though I’m still not quite sold on the “underchair” scenes they’ve been experimenting with recently, and thankfully that wasn’t in this one.

Komomo-chan also performed wonderfully here. Her timid seductiveness, soft dirty talking and gentle nurse persona fit the fantasy perfectly, while the glasses added a surprising amount of charm to the character. She’s quickly becoming my favourite rookie from MOODYZ this year, even ahead of Maria Valentine. But to be fair that is through no fault of hers, and hopefully Komomo-chan wouldn’t fall into that same trap.

If you enjoyed this movie, there were also 2 other “Paizuri Nurse NTR” works from MOODYZ – Gojo Ren’s MIDA-397 and Himari’s MIDV-889. That said, neither was directed by Nikuson-san, so I found this one considerably more satisfying as a paizuri showcase. And with talents like Unpai, Momota Mitsuki and Shino Mayu still available from the roster, I’m crossing my fingers that this series stays in the same hands moving forward.
