Scene 1 – Titty Fuck + Sex (1 TF Cum)

Scene 1 starts with the newly admitted patient meeting Himari while his wife is by his bedside, immediately noticing just how much bigger the nurse’s breasts are. Excellent opener with Himari-san being fully naked for almost the entire scene, and with both paizuri segments being quite rare in JAV. During the foreplay she had the penis tightly clamped between her breasts while simultaneously sucking it, while the finish showcased what has now become one of her trademark techniques by stroking the shaft underneath her breasts for the best of both worlds.

Best of all was the amazing cumshot which had a great spurt shooting up and even getting some on the camera. And it was natural too which I used to see quite often from this male actor Hajime-kun, but sadly nowadays he had mostly resorted to cum packs. The reactive squeal from Himari-san was also a very nice touch, and is something that I now always look forward to from her.

Scene 2 – Blowjob + Titty Fuck

Call me a prude but toilet settings aren’t really my thing so that took down in terms of eroticity, even if the action itself was perfectly serviceable. The bigger disappointment would have to be the handjob finish, considering Himari-san even went topless for it.

Scene 3 – Sex Scene

Scene 3 takes place at the hospital waiting area where the patient sadly laments he’ll soon be discharged and won’t get to enjoy those enormous breasts anymore. Himari has him make the most of his remaining stay by letting him feast on her tits before doing the same on his erect dick. Some titty fucking later, they started fucking in intercourse until he ends with a jerkoff on her chest.

A slight downgrade from Scene 1 with Himari-san still wearing her nurse uniform, but at least her boobs were fully exposed. The real kicker was the finish which was a missed opportunity, as the guy shot out a very impressive load but sadly it was wasted on a jerkoff.

Scene 4 – Sex Scene

The final scene takes place on the patient’s discharge day as the pair spend one last cheating encounter together. It starts with breast fondling and sucking before moving into fingering and cunnilingus, followed by a blowjob, a breastfeeding handjob, and finally intercourse before ending with a jerkoff on her chest.

Outside of the breastfeeding handjob there really wasn’t much here that stood out. Himari-san again stayed partially clothed, and it’s yet another hand-assisted finish, which made for a pretty underwhelming ending considering what the movie advertised.

Summary

This was one of those rare cases where the movie was actually worse than I remembered it. With both “挟射” and “パイズリ” right there in the title, you’d think that there would be a much stronger focus on titfuck cumshots, yet we only get one payoff across the entire runtime. I guess there’s still plenty of fap material for boob lovers in general, but all the jerkoff finishes were very disheartening for us paizuri maniacs.

All that said, I would still recommend this to fans of Himari-san purely because of Scene 1 which hard-carried this release. Between her fully nude presentation, the paizuri techniques, and that explosive natural cumshot, this was probably her best scene pre-2025 and why I remembered this movie to be better than it actually was.

The latter also felt like an even better evolution of the concept under Nikuson-san’s direction, and would be my personal choice for the series going forward.
