Scene 1 – Titty Fuck Scene (1 TF Cum)

Scene 1 starts with us being admitted into the hospital where Mei and the doctor introduce us to the nurse call button. The “test” quickly becomes the real thing as she pulls down our pants right there in the waiting area before treating us to some blowjob and titty fucking until we cum between her breasts.

This was a fun way to introduce the movie’s gimmick and immediately sold me on the full POV concept. Mei-chan stayed in her nurse uniform throughout, but thankfully her breasts were fully exposed so the visuals still looked great. The paizuri itself was solid as expected from her, although the money shot sadly let the scene down with a very weak finish.

Personally my biggest gripe was the doctor standing behind her for practically the entire scene. Luckily the camerawork stayed tight enough that we mostly only saw his lower body, but it still hurt the intimacy of what was otherwise a very enjoyable opener.

Scene 2 – Titty Fuck + Sex (1 TF Cum)

Scene 2 sees us recovering after surgery while struggling to relax with a book in our hospital room. Luckily the solution is just one button press away as Mei comes in and serves up her breasts straight away for a paizuri. A huge step-up visually thanks to Mei-chan being fully naked. That extra duration paid off too, with a much stronger cumshot that shot all the way up to her chin.

Scene 3 – Paizuri Scene (1 TF Cum)

Scene 3 sees us getting an examination from the doctor, but at same time also already having our pants down and getting titty fucked by Mei. While waiting for the doctor to prepare his report, the busty nurse continues her work as well by letting us fondle her breasts and giving us a nipple teasing handjob. Much like Scene 1, the paizuri action itself was enjoyable and Mei-chan remained very engaging throughout. The cumshot was also a slight improvement this time where you could actually see a little spurt of semen from the tip of the penis.

Sadly I had the exact same issue with the doctor lingering around in the background for the whole scene. It’s a recurring Goemon trademark that I’m personally not a fan of, and once again it reduced the intimacy of an otherwise solid paizuri sequence.

Scene 4 – Titty Fuck + Sex (1 TF Cum)

The final scene takes place late at night after we make the mistake of scrolling our phone looking at lewd nurse photos, so obviously we get an erection and can’t sleep after. Naturally another nurse call brings Mei over, who immediately gets to work after spotting our pitched tent. Mei-chan was fully naked again which made the presentation more erotic. Compared to Scene 2, this ending was much more to my tastes since Mei-chan was the one actively pumping with her breasts rather than the guy doing the work. I also loved the finishing technique where she crossed her arms together to completely wrap those huge J-cups around the shaft.

And for that she was rewarded with the best money shot of the movie, with a strong spurt flying up and hitting the bottom of her chin. I was secretly hoping that we could have perhaps gotten a second finish, but considering this was one of the early experimental entries that eventually paved the way for today’s double-cumshot releases, I’m more than willing to forgive it.

Summary

Overall I had a great time revisiting this one. Looking back in hindsight from 2026, this movie felt surprisingly important historically. Not only was this Mei-chan’s first proper titty fuck showcase, it was also one of the early pioneers of the “Paizuri Nurse” genre that has thankfully flourished over the last few years, with entries like SONE-413, SONE-865 and SNOS-096 being featured and recommended on this site. Having Goemon-san behind the camera together with a fully POV presentation was also the icing on the cake.

The movie isn’t perfect though. Some of the comedy scenarios become a little too wacky for me, with a couple mini scenes of Mei casually titty fucking us during meal service and literally in the middle of surgery. I also never warmed up to the doctor constantly hanging around in Scene 1 and Scene 3, as it chipped away at the otherwise immersive fantasy. Still, the core fantasy remained thanks to Mei-chan’s performance, good paizuri technique, and two satisfying money shots.

And that wraps up our fifth entry in this little “Washio Mei Appreciation Corner”. I think this was an essential retro feature and probably the best introduction for anyone wanting to see what Mei-chan can do with her juicy J-cup breasts.
